Printed on 200gm matte photo paper. I cut out the pieces, but left the two outside teapots connected at the outer curve of the handle.
I used an oval diecut as a base for the card, first gluing on the teacup on the left, then the front section of the teapot, and lastly, the right teacup.
When dry, I backed each cup with it's mate and then the teapot sections with their matching insert pieces. Added the decoupage and sentiment panel with silicone gel, adding a peel-off sentiment and a couple of pearl embellishments.
To finish, I used two tiny floral decoupage pieces and glued them tightly over the join in the handles, both on the front and on the inside to strengthen.
Note: I have my teapot turning the wrong way so the butterflies on the sheet were facing the wrong way.
I guess I need to give this to a left-handed person :-). In any case, it's a stunning design!
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I glued the larger of the teapots together and then cut around the teapot handle. I did the same with the cups.
I made the largest greeting panel with the tassel a bit bigger, cut the tassel off and used this to put the teapot and cups on, I glued the back of the teapot on and the front still opens out, I then glued the cups.
The size I made will fit into a 5 x 7 card, I used 11/2 A4 sheets of paper as I didn't want a large card.
I copied Peggy's idea of the base as I thought it was a fantastic way to do it.
