Printed onto matt photopaper cut out main image and matted onto contrasting card, I added the decoupage with glue gel and to finish off this great design I added a contrasting ribbon bow
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a sentiment to finish. A great fun design, the decoupage as always is superb. Suitable for different occasions.
