Out of Frame Birthday Clown Card Mini Kit

Includes two sheets:

1 Has the main topper with balloons with age numbers and elements for layering.

2 Has blank balloon for layering underneath age balloons or for a higher age and comes with more elements for layering. Included is bonus confetti and ribbon for more adventurous crafters and to provide even more layered parts on the main topper.

You can choose just how layered your card will be.
