Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Using DST I attached the Topper to a White textured card. I then used foam pads to attach the Decoupage.
To finish I Stuck a brown ribbon, down the middle of the card and stuck a crystal on the Ribbon, and stuck little pearls on the heart.
A lovely design.
