Vintage Police Car

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto cream patterned paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a cream insert.

Reduced the size by 5% and mounted onto cream card, decoupaged with foam pads, added gems, police helmet, whistle on a chain and tied a tasselled cord round the spine, if ordered this can be personalised with a name/greeting.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using light foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
