With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the design base onto the front of a white scalloped C5 card, i then added the layers, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which could be used for a number of occasions, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
