I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a pink punched mat and then onto a cream card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added one of the sentiments and three pink heart gems to the side of the card.
Absolutely beautiful, Julie's decoupage is just brilliant, lots of depth...Lovely!!
I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I finished the card with stickles.
I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
