I reduced the size slightly then printed onto 190gsm matte photo card then mounted onto a butter yellow card using DST.
I punched around the edge then mounted onto a blue card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
I finished with pearls on the body suits.
Baby twin boys printed onto 160gsm white card and layered with 3d foam pads backed onto stunning card finished with gems xxx
