I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a blue punched mat and then onto a white card.
I assembled the decoupage with foam pads and added one of the sentiments. I added the verse to the top and added a small gem.
Perfect little boy design, just beautiful.
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with cream and gold bow to verse tag.
