I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a black mat with punched photo corners and then onto a cream card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments. Great design, just what I was looking for.
I haven't captured Julie's lovely colour though.
Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a blue that matches the balloons card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads.
