I printed the design on ood quality matte photo paper and attached the base to some lace before attaching to a white card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added the blank sentiment which I had typed Happy Birthday.
I added some darker gems to the corners and to the circle design and a bow to the spine. This is a beautiful design, my camera has not caught the richness of the colour, it's stunning.
Beautiful card topper, in lovely colours. Design printed onto 210gsm matt card, and applied to 8x8 card with collal glue, decoupage cut out and mounted with foam pads. gems and sentiment applied to complete card.
I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I used purple gems & grey pearls then finished with a coordinating insert.
