This kit contains main topper designed to fit an 8x8 card blank, decoupage layers for depth and co-ordinating insert to finish off your card beautifully.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and cut to shape. Layered all elements. Added a bow tied from blue and white ribbons and added a glitter dot centre, and finished with red gems.
A sentiment can be added if required.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, then cut around so the card is the same shape, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
