I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a scalloped card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a button embelishment...this is a gorgeous design suitable for all ages.
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white punched mat and then onto a blue card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments.
I added a small amount of blue glitter to the flower centers. great design.
