This Mini kit has a base stepper sheet - a tutorial for my decadence stepper is included in the kit - the principles are the same - score dashes and cut solid lines.
The second sheet has decoupage layers and a choice of sentiment panels for the arch above the ladies head. This is a stunning and opulent design that is very effective once complete. Great for lots of female occassions.

Printed on high quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached pieces with foam pads for 3-D effect. Top of card front is cut out so it hanged over top of card.
I printed the base easel onto quality card and the decoupage onto glossy photo paper,I cut and assembled using thin foam pads for the decoupage, to finish this stunning design I added a black bow to the greeting and a border of black glitter peel offs to the base.
