I printed out onto 250 gram card ,then scored and folded were needed ,added decoupage using sticky pads and attached a beaded satin bow.

I cut out front and layering sheets.....I cut and scored as directed ....I did the simple layer using foam tape.
I used a tag from another sheet I had. I added gold liquid pearls to scroll work and diamond stickle to her dress to finish
