Beautiful Red Rose Dress Window Rocker Card

I printed both sheets on to card. Cut out and folded the rocker. Layered the topper, adding red net to the dress. Mounted the topper on to the rocker. Added sequin flowers to the dress and a paper rose. An absolutely stunning design.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the rocker as expected. I attached the design to the rocker using thin foam tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I attached the back panel using wet glue.
