This two sheet mini-kit will make this beautiful, large scallop wobble card, with a heart shaped, scallop edged, over the edge topper.
The kit contains a card, approximately 8" in diameter, and plenty of decoupage.
The kit also includes 8 sentiment tags, one of which I have left blank so that you can personalise if you wish.

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I scored and folded the base card where shown and added the decoupage using foam pads...a lovely design.
