I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white die cut frame and then onto a light blue card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments. Beautiful design.
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attched base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver border and corner peel-offs and blue ribbon bow to spine.
A beautiful design.
