1950's Beautiful Rose Lady Mini Kit
A pretty lady in a 1950's style dress, with a flared skirt & petticoats with matching sun hat & gloves, holding on to her hat in the breeze. She is framed by an arch covered with red & pink roses.
This stunning mini kit makes an 8 inch square card & includes 2 sheets, one with the card front & 5 matching greeting tags The other has easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card. The deep layers will make the skirt really stand out & you could add a bit of lace or broderie anglaise to make it even more luxurious!
The tag greetings are:
"Happy Birthday"
"Best Wishes"
"Special Daughter"
"With Love" and one left blank for your own greeting or name.
Tip: put sticky tape instead of foam pads at the waist of the skirt to keep it flat & make the bottom of the skirt flare out.

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added decorative corners and and dots. I added one of the sentiments. The decoupage again is brilliant, love these full skirts.
A really lovely design.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8x8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look like it is blowing in the breeze. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I matted the base layer onto Gold, Embossed card with d/s tape and then this was layered onto a White card base with a Scallop edge.
The decoupage was added with foam pads and the Greeting Tag was matted onto Gold, Embossed card with foam tape and then attached to the card.
To finish I added a small Red gem to her Earring and Pink, Red and Gold gems to one side and a Gold Ribbon and Bow to the other side.
I then made an insert for inside. Such a Beautiful design and card.
