The main ODE on this design reads:
Now you've reached 18 no one can tell you what to wear, You can dress in killer heels and have pink highlights in your hair.
As you celebrate in style, no matter what you do, be sure to have a good time, as glasses are raised to You!
The additional verse for the card inner reads:
Now it's time to party, don't forget there's a price to pay, If you consume too much pink plonk, there'll be a hangover the following day!
There are also optional sentiments to use as a topper on the pink plonk. 1 panel is blank for a greeting of your choosing. The others read: Birthday Girl Celebratory Wine Pink Plonk
For a Very Special Girl With Love on Your 18th Birthday
This kit is another in my ODEs range. The kit is designed for use with an A4/C4 card blank.
The kit includes:
A shaped base image
A shaped insert containing the ODE main text that is revealed through the aperture on the card front
Decoupage layers and elements
There is a witty ODE on the card front, celebrating turning 18, there is an additional element fo rthe card inner.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 card. I attached the front of the design to the card using double sided tape. I then cut away the white areas still showing including the aperture.
I attached the insert panel to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
