Printed on good quality photo paper cutout all elements and assembled with foam double sided tape I then added a pretty diecut border and gold peeloff stars to complete this gorgeous design.
I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to gold glitter card then on to a card covered with a paper from cup594402_415. Layered all elements. Added die cut glitter stars, gems and a sentiment. A very cute design.
