I printed out sheets onto heavyweight matt photopaper, cut out and attached back and front together at the top with wet glue, and added decoupage with foam pads.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the front and back of the design onto my card, then cut around so the card is the same shape as the design, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
