Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, along with the back sheet as well, I then cut out around the design, so the card is the same shape, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

I printed the design on to heavier weight card and the decoupage on to lightweight card. I scored the back of the card along the spine and attached it to the front with dst. I then added the decoupage and decorated it wit stickle glue.
