I have printed the design in good quality photo paper , cut all the parts , rounded edges a bit and gathered all layers of sticky pads.
I made a swing card so you can see the insert while having great card below .
I have used a piece of holographic metal paper as background to give the finishing touch
Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white paper, then onto spotty paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and glitter. A very cute design.
