Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my 8x8 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with red gems and yellow glitter to candle flame.
A gorgeous cute design.
