1950's Lady by the Christmas Window Mini Kit
A pretty lady in a 1950's style festive red dress with white fur trim at the hem & bows a the waist & bust. She is standing by a Christmas tree, decorated with fairy lights, tinsel & baubles & looking through the window at the snowy winter scene outside.
This stunning mini kit makes an 8 inch square card & includes 2 sheets, one with the card front & 5 matching greeting tags The other has easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card.
Tip: put sticky tape instead of foam pads at the waist of the skirt to keep it flat & make the bottom of the skirt flare out.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful Christmas design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the baubles on the tree, to the snow on the windows and to the white fur edge of the dress to complete this gorgeous card.
