Cut away the border and mounted onto white card with a pop-out border cut on my Cameo cutting machine, decoupaged with foam pads, added fur, pom-pom, button, crystal drops, holly and my own sentiment.
In my graphics programme I change the greetings on 2 tags then printed onto glossy photo card. I mounted onto a white card blank using DST then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
