I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a yellow mat and then a blue card front. I added some blue rhinestones , silver peel offs and a blue bow to finish off
I printed onto satin photo paper and attached the base image to an 8 x 8 scalloped card blank. I added the decoupage, sentiment, ribbon and a gem to the snowflake on the sledge.
