I printed the design onto 160gsm card and cut it out. I scored and folded the envelope as expected. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.

I printed the sheets from this kit onto 160gsm card and cut out the pieces. I scored and folded the envelope prior to gluing it with a wet glue. Not just for the picture book cards this can be used for any card of the right dimensions.
