I down sized the design a little and printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white punched mat and then onto a card I made from background paper (kit235113_523..
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a 13.5cms card and layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms to embellish. A greeting can be added when required. N.B. If you purchase this, price is for a 13.5cms card.
