Flapper Hat Topped Wobble Card Mini Kit
A hat topped wobble card featuring a roaring twenties flapper style feather boa hat on a floral background.
These mini kits consist of two A4 sheets, each to make a Hat Topped Wobble Card.
One sheet contains the circular card base and a set of sentiments (made to fit the top of the hat where appropriate), including a blank for your own message. The second sheet contains the hat, with backing and decoupage elements.

Hello everyone, These mini kits consist of two A4 sheets, each to make a Hat Topped Wobble Card. One sheet contains the circular card base and a set of sentiments (made to fit the top of the hat where appropriate), including a blank for your own message.
The second sheet contains the hat, with backing and decoupage elements. Print both sheets onto good quality card. Cut out the card base, your chosen sentiment(s) and all of the decoupage elements. Fold the circular card base in half and crease with a bone folder. Take your hat and its paler, matching backing piece and stick back to back.
Attach your hat to the front of the wobble base at a nice jaunty angle. Complete by adding the decoupage elements with foam pads of silicone glue.
Finally add your chosen sentiment. Other information and ideas: - If space allows, I have included a large blank sentiment panel for the card interior, or for use as a gift tag. - I have not designed these cards with a fixed position for the hat.
This means you can choose the placement and also allows the base to be used for other designs, either as a wobble base or as a topper. - You can use the card base as an insert too, try printing at 50% lightness and 95% size. - Or make an insert from a circular piece of co-ordinating paper of your choice.
Before you fold the card base, use this as a template to draw a circle on your chosen insert paper and cut just a little bit smaller, inside the circle you have drawn. - Use a second sentiment on the interior of your card. I hope you like these designs and have fun with them! Christine x

I printed onto heavy card then scored & folded the wobble base. I attached the front & back of the decoupage together using glue stick then added hat to base using 2mm foam pads.
I assembled the remaining decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with pearls.
