I mounted onto a card with a punched and embossed border and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added my chosen sentiment to finish
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a paper bow with a flower gem, and my chosen sentiment. A gorgeous design to suit many occasions.
