Reduced the size by 5% and mounted onto cream card with presents cut in the corner on my Cameo, decoupaged with foam pads, added string to the balloons, glossy accents to eyes, nose and mouth, added ruffled ribbon and a matching foil flower, this could be personalised with the age and name of a child on one of the balloons.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to gingham covered card and layered all elements. Added card candi, a bow and my chosen sentiment. A gorgeous, very cute design.
