I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with 2 different coloured pearls.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added candi, glitter and two sentiment tags. A gorgeous, fun design.
