I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added gold glitter to the bubbles, stars and two sentiments. A great fun design to suit many occasions.
Party Guy - approx. card size 7 in. x 5 in. - Sheet printed onto quality matte photo paper. Card elements trimmed, white base cardstock used, selected medium blue as a background. Glued topper into place then layered with double sided mounting tape. Added dark blue adhesive gems.
