I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I made some small snips into the tassel to give a more realistic effect.
I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out,I formed a twisted easel card and covered in a coordinating color then added the base design to a easel adding the decoupage with thin foam pads,I added a greeting to act as the stop, such a cute design.
