Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto plum paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.

I printed the sheets onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white scalloped card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads. The insert was printed onto 120gsm white paper.
