Double Tent Cards- Blue Birds

This double folded tent card is very easy to make with instructions on the sheets. The two octagon shapes at the back have two different blue birds.

The front octagon has Happy Birthday but there is a blank one for your own message and the ribbon can be replaced with one of your own so can be used in any language.
