Christmas Book Lantern Card Topper

I printed off onto 250 gram card and mounted onto a 8 by 8 easel card using DST ,i decoupaged with foam pads and attached sentiment.

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to a 5x5 scalloped edged card which is small enough to support the card without showing.

This makes the card appear to be standing freely. The card gives support and also a space for writing your greeting. The card will fit into a 7x7 envelope. I added glitter to the candle flame and to the centre of the poinsettias to complete this gorgeous card.
