I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added fine clear glitter to the small lettering and also around the hearts. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image to a large cream DL card using DST, then added the panel with glue gel. Added gold peel offs to the corners and gold glitter on the bottle tops and the dot of the 'i'.
Finished off by adding the matching insert.
