I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto metallic blue card and added a strip of pale blue ribbon along the bottom before attaching to my card base with DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads and finished by adding a button and two pearls to the bottom.
