I printed the image on good quality white cardstock. I cut out the dimension and used Glossy Accent and transparent Pearl pen to decorate the letter and the hearts and the owls.
I also added some googly eyes to the center owl.
I heat embossed a butterfly border on the bottom of a light blue card and attached the base image above that.
I raised the dimension with foam strips. Neat card that I am sure will thrill my friend Ruth.

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out ,then added brown pearl paper to a blank card and added the base design then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,and further embellished with faux pearls ,lovely personalised design.
