I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added fine gold glitter to the small lettering and also around the rings. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to gold mirror card, then on to an ivory card. Layered. Added a bow tied with a rose and a heart charm, and finished with a personalised sentiment. A gorgeous design.
