The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a burgundy pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper straight onto the card and layered up the decoupage usng 1mm foam pads.
I attached a burgundy satin ribbon to the bauble and sprayed the card front with glitter spray to finish.
