This lovely sheet needs to be used on an A4 sheet of cardstock folded longways to give Large DL card.
Attached the main sheet then added narrow double sided tape around the edges, peel the backing and sprinkled with glamour dust.
Added the easy cut decoupage and finished off by adding glamor dust as highlights to the penguins
