I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Made a DL white card and covered the front with backing paper from my stock. Added the main image to this with DST, and decoupaged with glue gel.
Then added peel off stars to two corners and edged the top and bottom with wavy edge peel offs.
