I printed this sheet onto Crafty Bob's Matte Photo Paper...cut it out and attached base image to a large DL card with Collall photo glue...the decoupage was attached with 1mm foam pads.
To finish I embellished with a large snowflake and hot fix nail heads to 3 of the corners...then added Glamour Dust to the snowflake and the snowflakes on Spain.
Its a quick card to make and I loved the end result...!!
