Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto a blue large dl card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads, i added some glitter.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image on to a large white DL card using DST, then added the decoupage layer with glue gel.
Used foam pads to add the card candi, and finished by adding the matching insert.
