Twit Twit a Woo Happy Birthday to You!
I have designed this decoupage topper as a large DL size card front. Simply cut out the base image and glue to your card front, then cut out and glue, using 3D foam or silicone etc to the top of the base image to create a decoupage layer.
Add a bow and glitter, glaze or shimmer to embellish the card front and give it your own touch. This is a great alternative if you do not buy kits or you want something very quick and effective to make.

Made an easel card DL size. Matted the card onto Blue card.
I then added a sentiment also the decoupage layer, finally I added some gold stickles.
