I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Mounted the main image on to a large white DL card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel.
Used foam pads to add the card candi and finished by adding the matching insert.

I printed the sheet at a reduced size, onto lightweight 160gsm card. After cutting out the pieces I mounted the base element onto matt sheen gold card, which I then attached to a white card blank.
I added the other elements and one of the captions, using gel glue.
I finished off by using a fine black pen to add 'stitching' around the outline of the '6' - and couldn't resist adding a couple of blue flower gems !
